This was my second time staying at FirstName Bordeaux, this time in one of their suites with balcony. Such a great room! We were really comfortable and I enjoyed relaxing on my private balcony with a book! The food at their downstairs restaurant is also really good. Everyone is friendly and location is great. You can take the team from the airport directly to the hotel and walk right into the city center.

Room was very clean and staffs are all very polite and helpful
Wasn't sure what to expect, was very pleasantly surprised. Good location right out of Old Town, spacious room, very nice included breakfast. Would absolutely stay again.
Just what we were looking for, very cool hotel and the staff were great. Good recommendation for a local restaurant La Petite Brasserie, great local food and less than 5 minutes from the hotel.
All in all a great room and not as corporate as other Hyatt brands and hotels. Thank you all at First Name Bordeaux
