Super location in old Nice just off the main plaza. Quiet considering location. Nice and cool with AC. Facilities were great - fully equipped kitchen (even left us some wine, water and coffee pods). Wonderful little touches like some universal adaptors for idiots like me who forget them. Hosts and property manager were super quick to respond to questions and very accommodating. This was also amazingly affordable. Beds were comfy (funny set up with two loft rooms but have sliding doors and blinds for privacy, noise and light).
