Clean, comfortable, easy to get to. Parking. Host provided good instructions for self-service entry. Refrigerator, basic kitchen with pots, pans, dishes.
Nicely equipped apartment with everything you need including a cool outside area to sit or eat. Comfy bed. Good washing machine. Quiet area. Fan useful as it was warm at night. Close to busses in to train station and town.
