If one knows Paris, then one knows this area is really convenient as there are 4 Metro lines, and the street itself is a restaurant hotspot. It is also just a short walk to Gare Montparnasse. It is about as well located as one can get in Paris. The flat was fully furnished with all of the essentials, e.g. tableware, towels, bedsheets, etc. Wifi was easy to access.
