Nice location on the promenade of Le Havre, also very close to city center and the cathedral
Great reception staff, restaurant evening staff typical french, think they are above you even though you're the customer. Reception staff brilliant. Young man on bar brilliant. Breakfast very poor very cold scrambled eggs and bacon at 7am on a Sunday.
