Location of the the hotel is in the city. The flat that was booked was located across the street from the hotel in a very good area, nearby shopping areas, restaurants and cafes. The flat was quite spacious and very clean. Each of the bedrooms included a shower. Washing machine is also included. Staff was friendly and helpful. Julian helped fix one of the windows in the room. Cleaning staff was also very friendly. The spa was very nice, with pool, jacuzzi and steam/sauna room. Spa service by Claire was excellent. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Our favorite part of this visit was the friendliness and helpfulness of the entire Madison staff. They clearly explained everything, from spa hours, to breakfast options, and reception hours. It was very nice to have the option to get coffee all day on the balcony! The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! The breakfast buffet was a deal, with many options and delicious coffee! The rooms were spotless and had everything we needed! We could even cast our phone apps to watch english tv! Wifi worked very well. And finally, the location was close to everything! The harbour, the beach, shopping, grocery, and historical buildings. We will be back, and The Madison is where we will stay.

we had a big room with an incredible view on the city and the mountain. The decoration was warm and modern Basque. the lighting were adaptable to any condition and very smooth. the bed very comfortable, we had a great stay with friendly and efficient service
