Location was very good in the city centre of Lens. Clean and comfortable room!
The hotel is nice and has a large parking lot. The location is ok and you can even walk to the center in about 20-30 min if you want to. The rooms where clean (and big enough for 2 people), the staff friendly and breakfast was nice and fresh (even though not a huge selection). For a hotel of this size I was not expecting that the staff at the reception does not speak a single word in English; however, I somehow I can't/ don't want to make this a negative point, just something to keep in mind :-)
Private secured parking, clean rooms, warm enough during the freezing temperatures outside when we were there.
Parking in secure compound very close to hotel. Rooms basic but fine.
Breakfast was excellent and easy to access. Hotel was very relaxing especially the lounge area.staff were very helpful and friendly.
