This is the most perfect hotel! We spent 8 nights here and loved every minute! The facilities were impeccably clean and comfortable. The location is ideal and the management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It felt like a home away from home. We loved it and can highly recommend the Ginkgo hotel!!!
The hotel was lovely. And small.We were upgraded to a junior suite which was large and nicely furnished with a coffee maker. Breakfast was great. The location worked well for us as we had parking and there is a wonderful restaurant next door. The faience museum and shop is just a few steps away as is a square that is on the river with cafes and bars. It’s a 15 minute walk to town.
Quiet area, lovely garden view, climate control in room, lots of parking available, beautiful church grounds nearby
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for sightseeing in the historic center of Quimper and an easy drive to La Pointe du Raz. Our breakfast was good and our room had a beautiful view of the gardens and river. We enjoyed exploring Quimper on foot from the hotel and our dinner at the creperie Au Vieux Quimper (recommended by our host) was probably one of the best meals we had during our month long driving tour of France. Don’t skip dessert or the cider served in a bowl!
Cedric was amazing and so helpful. He was so knowledgeable and personable. He was aware of where to go and what to do to the point that he knew good restaurants and locations were points of interest.
