Wonderful staff.
Free easy parking. Easy in and out of town.
Nice breakfast included.
The hotel was just what a hotel needs to be: comfortable, all facilities fine. The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful (I left something in the room, and he immediately contacted me on how to return it to me). Also a good place to leave my bicycle safely. Excellent breakfast as well, with good quality bread etc.
We had to make a very late booking as arriving in Chatellerault the hotel we had booked turned out to be shut!!!
L'Univers stepped into the breach at 8.30pm.
Receptionist very friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is good with a selection of fruit cereals d bread etc.
Room was cosy but really nice. Staff were excellent and most helpful. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice.
