The room was clean,warm with a comfortable bed,bathroom was spacious with a good powerful shower.Breakfast was delicious,and the staff were very helpful and courteous;private car parking a big plus.

I loved Louis and Marine at the front desk. So friendly and smiley and helpful. Over and beyond the ordinary. They made our stay just perfect.

Staff were very nice and the hotel also provided a brand new bottle sterilizer for our baby following a query I had made before our arrival. Convenient location especially if travelling by car (only 5 minute walk from the actual city centre by the river). Hotel parking at a very reasonable rate of 10 Euro per night. The family room was very comfortable and spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids.

Very nice, modern, comfortable and very close in to the historic center of the city, And the pool was just what I needed! Also nicely served by the local and regional bus system. 7 minutes, one bus to/from the train station. Easy bus access to other towns and beaches in Biarritz, Bidart, and Saint Jean de Luz, if you don't want or have a car.
