Excellent location, friendly staff, affordable price, fine (French) breakfast
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good price. Pleasant breakfast
Manager kindly held our baggage for us before we checked in, helped arrange a taxi for us when we left (even to the extent of making sure we caught it while a student race was taking place.) He also furnished us with a map and information. Bed and shower were excellent, and the location couldn’t be better.
Pau itself is wonderful: beautiful vistas, exceptional shops and restaurants, wonderful food court and museums. The presence of university students is always an added bonus. And we were there for the Jurancon Wine Festival!
We will return soon!
Love love love the hotel. A vintage establishment in a fantastic location. Charming staff. Accommodating. We would stay here again in a heartbeat
