Staff were very friendly. The location is excellent - lots of restaurants and shops around and walking distance to many places. It's between two major train stations if you're traveling a longer distance. Decor was cool and toiletries were high quality. It was nice that the windows opened for fresh air.

Very lovely hotel with a taste. We specifically booked this hotel to appreciate Luke Edward Hall’s design and were very pleased with our stay. Room is a bit small but good enough for two people. And very friendly staff (Merci!) We also had almost all our breakfasts at the hotel and it was lovely, with enough choices.

Excellent location, for both public transit and walking. Quiet at night, especially for being so near two stations. Comfortable beds and linens. Appreciated the bath robes and the Diptyque products.

Amazing decor, comfort, location and staff. They did everything they could to let me check in early because my flight was cancelled and I had to get some rest. I really appreciated it, they were super accommodating.

Came to the rescue when the other hotel we booked turned out to be very bad. Great service and great property.
