Bought a ski pass at reception. Breakfast excellent and plentiful. Staff friendly and fun. Comfortable bedroom, spa, useful ski/boot room, meets the requirements for a ski hotel. Slept like a log.

The hotel ski lodge is a comfortable and stylish small(ish) hotel close to the village centre in Val D’isere. It suited our group well as we had 4 teenagers and we were able to have separate rooms on the fourth floor. The rooms are nicely decorated and our balcony has perfect views of the mountain. Beds were a little firm for my liking and pillows not comfortable at all but I realise this is personal choice. Nice bathrooms with lovely fluffy towels and great shower. Bathrobe and slippers was a welcome extra touch. We did B&B basis and found the breakfast nice although some things weren’t replaced very quickly. The lounge area is comfortable and welcoming with its feature fireplace, soft leather sofas and throw. Most of the staff were super friendly and very helpful.

The food was excellent, the room big, clean and cosy, the staff very friendly. Great value for money. Fab location for the centre and slopes.
