The guy at the reception was very nice and the location is great surrounded by cool bars and restaurants and coffees.

The location, the staff, metro station close, even thought it was near the Gare de l'Est, I felt very safe. I left the hotel at 4 AM to catch a bus to Saint-Denis Universite for Aerobus, and the station was also very close. First time for me to hear a hotel policy about leaving the room key at the reception, but honestly I was better this way. Lots of restaurants, bars, and a market around the hotel.

Good price compared with its location which near Gare d’east and Gare du Nord.Coffee machine with capsules in my room is great. The man at the reception desk is kind and friendly.

Having my own bathroom. Clean. Renovated floors. Location was great! And quiet mostly except expected noises from other rooms from being in an old building. Earplugs come in handy :) two nice pillows. Nice staff !

Good value for money, great location, very nice restaurants and cafes around, lovely and warm room, nice to get back to. Comfortable bed and powerful shower. Reception team were very friendly and welcoming. Mini fridge and coffee machine and kettle in the room are a great touch!
