The staff was amazing. Linda went the extra mile to make our visit so warm and welcoming with the extra touches she provided. Nicholas was very friendly, and his #1 goal was providing a positive customer service experience. There were others that we saw regularly (one female server that is getting her MBA - we didn't get her name - was kind and interested in us each day. Very sweet). The rooftop bar was terrific, and we appreciated the free beverages in our rooms each day. The hotel also arranged for dinner reservations (and provided an excellent recommendation at Noto) as well as car service back to the airport upon our departure. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the entire town.

great city location, lovely room and great rooftop breakfast. Really good Concierge service too! Shuttle van is a great asset too.

The location is perfect. While there are many options for hotels on the beach, we wanted to be able to walk everywhere. The concierge worked with us to get beach club and restaurant reservations. We loved everything about this hotel. Breakfast was a lovely addition. We would stay here again!

Fantastic location, just short walk to marina and town. Easy access to all restaurants and shopping. The hotel is beautiful and only 4 floors so it is not overwhelming. Rooms are very large and plenty of space for everything .Bathrooms are large and roomy, you will not feel crowded in the least at this hotel.

Housekeeping comes by at least twice a day, in the evening for a nightly turndown service. They even folded clothes that the kids left messy in their rooms. Also have privacy buttons so that they will not enter if you wish.

With all that , it is the staff that makes this hotel the best. The front desk escort and show you around the room, the concierge and doormen are friendly and helpful.
