Beachside, though windswept. Restaurant was fine. Rooms have been well refurbished.
The beach was spectacular. The amenities were lovely. The staff was so attentive.
The location right on the beach was perfect. This is a beautiful beach - not too crowded, large, clean and the sunsets were beautiful.
Our favorite hotel, so far, on this trip, and one we would love to return to. This fourth generation family run hotel has true charm, character and elegance. The setting is inspiring. It fully lives up to the high standards of Relais et Chateaux hotels. The restaurant is beautiful and offers fine traditional french cuisine. The breakfasts were spectacular-in the sense that there were plenty of home made breads and pastries, freshly squeezed juice and superior coffee. The latter two are becoming a rarity. All through the hotel, there is attractive art work, furniture and rugs reflecting the history of the establishment..
This is just a lovely place on a near-deserted beach with fabulous walks nearby. Good resto, lovely staff, very comfortable. A proper escape far from high-season crowds.
