Beautiful hotel in an excellent location in old town Aix. Parking garage nearby (5 minute walk). Great breakfast and friendly staff.

The lobby and stained glass was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even brought our bags to our room as they were stored before checkin.
It is very historic and quite as well as clean. Right in the center of town. Recommend you park at Migret which is covered and secure and about $25.00/day. It is about 500 yards from the hotel. Pay attention to the elevators if you have baggage as some do not go all the way to street level.
The location of the hotel in old town Aix-en-Provence was outstanding, less than 100 yards off the main pedestrian street of Cour Mirabeau where there was a retail street fair on three separate days. It was a matter of steps to restaurants and shops and right in the midst of this very "alive" part of the city. The staff, no matter what time of day, was outstanding; friendly and helpful and responsive to requests (especially "Red" at reception)
