Отель JOIVY Premium flats in the heart of the 9th arr, near Moulin Rouge, Париж, Франция

The location is superb. The 9th is a fabulous area, not only beautiful but packed with great restaurants, bars and bistrots, grocery stores etc.. Although generally calm and quiet area it is located very closely to the nightlife of Paris as well. Within a 45 minute walk to most places a tourist would want to see. (Keep in mind I am a big walker though) Metro is very close by as well.

Great location, very comfortable, nice, organized and clean. Staff are very professional and responsive.

The property was new and clean. You can find everything whatever you need there. Also the building has a nice communal areas like living room, kitchen, garden, laundry room and gym.

Ottima posizione. Appartamento in ottime condizioni e pratico per lunghi soggiorni. Include pentole e alcuni materiali per pulire. Sono molto pratiche le lavatrici+asciugatrici al piano terra, per gestire le lenzuola.
