A telephone call from the reception checking we were OK and explaining procedures for late arrival (it was 14/7), clean room, comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities was an unexpected treat.
2nd time here, close to bowling, restaurant complex which was great fun

Fantastic staff went above and beyond to provide great service.
This is a good budget overnight hotel with very clean and comfortable modern rooms in "motel" style. Buffet breakfast is perfectly adequate. Good parking.
