The property was ideally located, exceptionally clean, comfortable and well maintained, really helpful host.

This place lives up to its name "chic et moderne". It is spotlessly clean, the kitchen is well equipped (it even had egg cups and a toaster), and the shower is excellent. The air-conditioning works well. There is a washing machine and a separate dryer. The main bed is on the mezzanine level. Next to it is a large walk-in wardrobe (closet) with ample storage space for luggage. Note that the toilet is downstairs. The location is great for walking around Beausoleil and Monte Carlo. It is located on a "laneway" that consists of stairs and escalators, which makes it easier to lug your luggage up.

Location was fantastic - escalators straight out the front door made a difference. Exceptionally clean. Plenty of towels and linens. Comfortable beds. We only used the air conditioning once but nice to know it was there if needed. Nice and quiet with good security. Phillippe was a fantastic host and very accommodating for our arrival time.
