Spa Facility & the Team. Although when I was there, the steam machine didn't work. But the team tried to fix it. It's a great thing to have it in your hotel. Also, the location is great, walking distance to a lot of great places & Metro station.

1.- The breakfast was sublime, their croissant are amazing and the price of it is super reasonable. 2.- The location of this place is magnificent, close to the metro and also to bus line 69 which goes through the main sights of the city center. 3.- The cleaning of the room was amazing and they did everyday. 4.- The reception was super efficient in responding to any of my requests. 5.- The TV worked well, with a good variety of channels. 6.- Internet was reasonably fast and easy to connect to. 7.- The bed and pillows were really comfortable and the view of the window was really nice.

The staff was amazing. Very welcoming people. The area was super close to the station

Location and spa. Been staying in the area for a long time and wanted to stay here.

Friendly, open and interesting people work here. Very small room by US standards but had everything I needed. New bathroom fixtures, very comfy bed, plus looked out on greenery and street. Surprisingly quiet, love the neighborhood, grocery across the street, fabulous Sunday Market right across the boulevard. Oooh La La! Would stay here again.
