Great food and a warm friendly welcome. There was covered, secluded parking for my motorbike. The bed was comfortable. I had everything I needed!
Officious French Customs meant my crossing was delayed 7 hours. I eventually rolled up at the Auberge at 1.30 am ( I had warned my hosts and given an eta ). They greeted me enthusiastically and with sympathy. Seeing that I was famished, a copious and delicious ham salad was quickly prepared.
I intend to return, next time at a more normal time!
