Location, location, location. Nestled in a courtyard off a side street, easy to find and enter, the apartment was quiet, cozy and intimate.
Located on the ground floor, easy in and out to the street. A little patio in front would be great in spring and summer.
We visited during January and the apartment was warm upon entering. Very convenient to either to the Bastille metro station on Line 1 or the Breguet-Sabin station on Line 5. Bedroom upstairs, bathroom downstairs. Lots of fans as there is no air conditioning. Well outfitted kitchen. Boulangerie close on the corner, another down the street, wonderful cafe next door and lots of eateries in the area. Grocery down the street. Area in courtyard to park bicycles.
Lots of hot water and water pressure.
