It was great to be in the old town of Perigueux. A creative conversion to bring the old and the new together with unusual flare.

Brilliant location in gorgeous old town. Totally historic and unique. Great communication and very friendly.

Charming conversion of the undercroft of a medieval building, as are all the surrounding buildings in the heart of Perigueux. There is a small kitchen with sink, hob & microwave, kettle & filter coffee maker. High speed WiFi is provided & a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has plentiful hot water, a WC & a shower that you can spread your elbows out in.

The gite is 2 minuites from the Place with it's several bars/restaurants, 4 minutes from a very large car park at the top of the road (free from 19:00 to 09:00 M-F, Weekends & Public Holidays). There's another large public car park on the banks of the river, down the road, turn right 100 yards on the left (12 hour stay free). The Cathedral of St, Front is at the end of the road as are the original buildings & streets of Medieval Perigueux.
