This property is fully equipped and centrally located for the old town etc. Although it is located in a busy thoroughfare, everything closes at a reasonable time and so a quiet rest can be enjoyed during the night. It is minutes from the Promenade des Anglais and reasonably close to the tramway. The host communicated exceptionally well and was very helpful regarding our entry to and exit from the property.
Great location, there is normal city noise but that's part of being in a great location.
