loved that the property was a short walk to the metro!!! And it was really easy to check in.

The location was close to good restaurants and the metro. Was cozy and well supplied.

Fantastic value for money. It's a small groundfloor flat, but provides everything one can want or need for one or two nights in Paris. There's a bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed for up to two people (perfect for 2 kids), a kitchen unit with the most important things, and a bathroom with shower. All check-in information had been sent before arrival. We had no difficulties accessing the place. The location is superb. It's just outside the city centre and therefore cheaper, but easily accessible, only 400m from the underground station. In the area there's a shopping centre and a bakery, so all you need for a short stay. The flat was clean when we arrived and it was quiet at night. We slept very well and comfortably. The communication with the hosts was excellent both before and after our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find and check in and out. Host was easy to access via email.
