Everything - warm atmosphere, all materials available for cooking, pet allowed and etc
We went to the house in December. The house was very clean and warm. All the materials in the kitchen and bathroom were sufficient. The location of the house is a little bit on top of the mountain, so the air was very clean. The host answered every question quickly. It had a large parking lot.
The big apartment (for 7 persons) is exactly like in the pictures - and very clean. The kitchen is perfect for a few days' stay (fridge & freezer, microwave oven, kettle, coffee machine), the bathrooms were spacious (good water pressure, hot water with no issues) and everything was very clean. Beds are big and comfy, same for pillows. Plenty of parking places.
My family and I spent Christmas at this hotel and it was magical. We rented two apartments and both were super clean and beautiful. The hostess was super nice and helpful. The location was perfect; near enough to all the Alsace villages and private enough to enjoy nature and amazing views. I highly recommend it and we will be definitively be staying here again. Thank you for everything!
