Excellent customer service, clean, great location and quite rooms
Obviously an excellent location, yet surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the Champs Elysee. The room was very cozy and the bed very comfy. Staff were, for the most part, incredibly helpful and polite.
Recently renovated accommodating staff very nice, beautiful rooms and clean. Very quaint and romantic. Many people complain about the size of the rooms, but you should know what to expect in Europe so we had already understood the expectations and were not disappointed. We used laundry service and the experience was great. Also, the towel warmer in the bathroom was a HUGE PLUS
Every thing was so nice but the hotel price is expensive
Perfect location! The staff was warm and so helpful. Truly no complaints!
