Everything about the apartment was fine and it's in an excellent location relative to the City Centre and Place Messina which was our prime event. As with just about ALL European apartments, parking is hard to find and the unit is fairly far from any actual street address. But the owner helped us on the phone to find the apartment and everything went fine. We were there for the finale of the Tour de France, so Nice was very crowded and chaotic the night before, but once in the room we had the best possible location to get to the race finish line, and also all the great restaurants and stores. Owner's special communication and care made at all work for us very well.

It was clean and tidy, perfect location, everything you needed for a short stay was there, including iron, washing machine, and even washing liquid for the laundry! The landlord was very helpful and polite, let us to drop off our things a couple of hours before the check-in and was always ready to help. Appreciate!
