The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, they were very attentive and did not leave any request open. The building is nice, the rooms really nicelt decorated and comfortable. The location, walking distance to a ski-lift, on demand shuttle to the next lift, or restaurants, was very convenient. The breakfast buffet was not huge, but rich and very good quality. May be some sparkling wine could be added (if the hotel claims to be a 5 star). SPA is small but nice, the massage we got was really good.

The staff are friendly, welcoming and cannot do enough for you. The room was absolutely beautiful with great facilities, love the coffee machine in room and the little piece of nougat on our pillow each evening. Everything was extremely clean and the toiletries in the bathroom smell divine! The ski room is large and well designed with those extra touches like access to slippers once you've removed your ski boots. Breakfast had a huge selection, along with cooked eggs of your choice all included. Cakes and treats available after a full day skiing was very much appreciated.

M Lodge is a beautiful hotel in a great resort, but in my experience and opinion it is not 5 star. It's a shame that if you want to walk to the Spa in your towelling robe, you have to walk via the bar and reception! The Spa area is lovely but small. As vegetarian we were surprised at the lack of choices in the restaurant and for Tapas, although we did get offered some options when we asked. Breakfast is also lacking for a 5 star property - adding a toaster and other hot options would be good. Would we go back - probably, but with less expectation.
