When I was looking for a palce for a short stay in Paris a month before my stay, this appartment was not available. Just before the trip, it appeared on a booking list and when I saw the interior images and the neighbourhood I immediately changed. I was more than happy. As I am a fan of early 20th century architecture this fulfilled my expectation. An old lift and the staircase, old apartement concept and really calm neighbourhood. The appartement seems like quite lately redesigned, all equipment new and working. The host was also very helpful. All needed services with easy reach (<10 min metro, <5min bus, <5min boulangerie, lots of bistros and restaurants). As this is old Paris quarter, there is not much space for a car - generally in the Paris centre - on street paid parking, one may also choose a garage (much cheaper on the other side of the Periferique Blvd.).
