This is a lovely apartment in a very good location in Nice. It is close to transportation of all kind. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has a fully equiped kitchen. The bed is comfortable. There is an elevator and easy access to free parking. The sea is a 10 minute walk away. The air conditioner works well, as do the washing machine and dishwasher. This apartment is especially nice for longer stays. When we arrived, the apartment was very clean.

Security of the apartment was excellent. Very clean. Facilities and equipment in the apartment were good.
