It's was clean and cosy, the service was perfect. The respond very quickly. The studio is well organised and there IS a climatisor.
Also the studio is on the "promenade des anglais"! You can go at beach in less than 5 minuts and also on the other side, there are a exit directly next the tram stop. You can go to the center in less than 10 minutes with the tram. It's perfect situation for people who want go to the beach and also visite the center.
I had a great vacation.
