The location in the centre of vibrant Marais was perfect and, undoubtedly the reason for this apartment's value.

The position of the apartment was perfect, close to everything when you to walk.

The apartment is perfect for a couple or an individual traveling for business. The apartment is compact but it is very well appointed, and space is well used. The bedroom has a lot of storage and connectors for your USB devices needing charging. The bed is comfortable and the heating is easy to control. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen has all the supplies you need. The rain shower showerhead works well, and we appreciated the abundance of towels. The apartment is ideally located. You are close to everything - walking distance to many attractions and two different metro stops very close by. There are abundant restaurants and shops right outside the door. However what is especially nice is the apartment is set back from the street along an interior courtyard which means it’s quiet despite being so close to the action. Truly the best of both worlds.

The apartment is located in the most charming neighborhood in Paris. It's within walking distance of everything and is also very close to multiple metro lines. The interior is brand new and beautifully decorated, spacious, and exceptionally well-heated (which can be a rare find in Parisian apartments) Having a separate bedroom was a major plus for me. And I especially appreciated the password entry, and I loved not having to worry about picking up keys. There are only a couple of minor things I'd suggest: a slightly larger dining table and a few more coat hooks on the wall. I hope to return soon! Thank you.

Location of this apartment was fantastic for sightseeing and walking (and running for those that run). Being two blocks from the Seine made for spectacular morning runs and easy afternoon strolls. Maxime was great host, always checking in to make sure all was well and ready for recommendations, even on the snowy day!
