Location good for Disney, free shuttlebus to Disney. Upon arrival, the hotel clerk informed me that the price of the room was about € 150 more than what I paid with ZenHotels. I showed her my booking, she still had to speak to her manager about it. Asked for a room with working AC, as it was a heatwave. Was placed in room 232, it was a sauna in there as AC was defect. Spoke to 4(!) different clercks, and it took several hours before they agreed to give me a room with AC actually working. Restaurant overpriced, and food not properly cooked though ordering well done hamburgers. Ended up not eating, asking foe a redund but never got it. Waterbottles € 5, snooker € 4 and small pool. Last day we were in a hurry to make it to the airport, so went down to get breakfast at 7 am (announced opening time of breakfast buffet). Did not open until 0715, as someone had apparantly overslept or something. Would not recommend this hotel, especially not to families with children.
