A beautiful, light-filled apartment with a lovely terrace and a fully equipped kitchen, located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the beach and the Old Town. Everything is within walking distance.

Large apartment with plenty of space and light. It was reasonably modern and all the appliances were in good working order. The apartment is close to the beach and shops and the train station is an easy walk in the other direction. Secure parking was a bonus and we didn't even need to use the car while we were there. The basics were provided to get us started and we stocked up on supplies at a nearby supermarket. Aircon was great because it was very hot when we were there. Was good to have a large outdoor balcony to dry clothes and beach towels.

Apartment is very comfortable in central location for Menton. Public parking is available in the street and was easy to find. The apartment is functional and has everything you need for a vacation stay.

Stayed for about a week in early July. The location is excellent, close to the centre, the beach and the train station (from which cheap, fast transport along the entire coast is available, dogs allowed). Underground parking spaces can be reserved. They are a bit tight, but your car will be safe from the crazy traffic (most local cars have dents and scratches) while you enjoy Menton by foot and the rest of the Riviera by train. It's amazing that Monaco is just 20-ish minutes away by train for 5.3 Euro per adult. Nice about 40 minutes away. There is a medium sized double bed, and an extendable sofa. Large living room and large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. Overall great value!
