The location was perfect. The metro was just a few steps out the door and most things were within a short walk.
Delphine and Sylvain are great hosts. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect. Very nice neighborhood.
The studio is pretty bright and cozy and location is great. Everything you may need (shops, restaurants, bank etc.) is nearby. The owner is very nice and helpful. It can be a bit noisy outside but it didn't bother us much and there is also a window to a quite courtyard.
Sylvain was a wonderful host. The apartment is relatively spacious for Paris. Calm despite being located on an avenue. Had everything we needed.
The location was perfect, on the first floor with the Metro, a boulangerie, a green grocery and 2 small general stores within a minute's walk. A larger supermarket was 2 minutes away, and there are several restaurants nearby.
The owner was friendly and helpful, and the flat clean, comfortable and with all standard needs covered.
