The room is big enough for 2 persons, it was clean, quiet (although you could easily hear the street noise), it has the necessary facilities as described in the hotel description. It has a refrigerator which is perfect when it is hot outside.
I found the staff to be very helpful, efficient and friendly. The Eglise de Pantin Metro entrance is a few metres away, so it's easy to get to anywhere you want to go in Paris. It is also very easy to get to this hotel from the Charles de Gaulle Airport (bus from Roissypole to Bobigny, then a short Metro ride to Eglise de Pantin.). There is also a bus at a nearby bus station that takes you to the Gare de Lyon (1 hour) and saves you dragging your luggage up and down the Metro steps. There are various shops near the hotel and a nice cafe next door.
Rooms were comfortable for tourists/travellers. Stayed for a couple of days, everything was good. Staff were friendly.
Great location, right at a metro stop that takes you into the city. Very comfortable bed, enough space, clean. Great value for money!
