The location, comfort, and a specially people at the front desk. Also cleaning people did a great job. Thanks to the person at the front desk who was there at the time of our departure at 11 am on July 19 (unfortunately do not know his name).
Good location, secured entry from street, clean and well equipped room
Charming, clean, bright, and spacious (for Europe) hotel close to the Gare du Nord. Big continental breakfast delivered to the room each day, friendly staff, lots of places to eat right nearby (esp Taitu- delicious Ethiopian food). We were spoiled by our suite and by the elevator, both absent from our London hotels.
Decent sized rooms and very clean.very friendly and helpful reception desk. Especially sabrina.
The accommodations were excellent. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I was with my mother who has dementia and they understood her needs and were caring and helpful. The location was excellent.
