Ruimte van het appartement is prima. Balkon met uitzicht op de bergen. Omdat je in een kantorenwijk zit redelijk rustig. Wel een school aan de overkant waar je doordeweeks in de ochtend wat rumoer van kan verwachten. Er zijn rolluiken die het geluid redelijk buiten houden en er is airco. 20 minuten lopen naar de stad is goed te doen. Je kan door de tunnel van het station lopen. Eigen afgesloten parkeerplaats in de ondergrondse parkeergarage. Checklist met sleutels in kluis is helder en verliep prima. Wasmachine werkt prima en er is een Nespresso apparaat.
C'est une place tranquille, pas de confusion ni beaucoup de trafic.
