Everything was great. My only concern was we were out one day came back and the sliding glass door was wide open. Nothing was taken, but I tried to contact someone about it and I have not heard back yet.

**if you have trouble checking in (it's automated) go to the 5th floor, on your right, and that is where the office is. The secretary is very kind and helpful.

I'm not too picky when it comes to places to sleep, so with that in mind, this place is a good value for the money. Everything was clean, enough utensils for cooking in the kitchen, and the staff were very kind. Even the local occupants who live there were very nice. I've seen some reviewers nitpick this place to death, yet not realizing this isn't some 5 star hotel. For the price, it was perfect and expected.

This property is well located close to the city center, train station, tranvia and the river. There are some restaurants and mini-markets nearby, too. Highly recommended.

Great location with nearby restaurants. Easy to access and great value for money. The checking process is automated and easy to follow but you can't be there beforehand. It's precisely on time. The room had a nice view.
