This is my third stay in Perpignan this year. Each time in a different appartment. Always in the old part of the city. These buildings have a lot of character and for me are perfectly located. Some of the reviews I thought were unfair. Sure the stairs are steep but they always are in these old buildings. Being in the city there will be some noise at night but I found this appartment comparatively quiet. The host was very friendly, met us in person and provided lots of information and extras. The appartment was clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.
Great location in the centre of Perpignan to explore everything.
