Apartment is in a condo built probably late '70, groundfloor and has a nice little terrace surrounded by plants and where the famous cat mentioned by other guests is resting a big part of the day:-)) In spite of the large amount of appartments, I guess you'll always find a free parking lot. We had to pick up the keys from a box at SoWo HQ, abount 4-500 m from the apartment. Why not install a keybox at the entrence of the flat? I would recommend the flat just for a short stay.
