Property very big and spacious and ideal for big groups.
Rooms are nice and kitchen is massive definitely works as a large group. We were on an all girls trip to Paris x7 people to celebrate a birthday. The property itself u can’t fault. It only had 1 key however everything can be opened via the codes so it works out fine if the group split up. Close to all shops for food and the metro Is 2 mins away. Mc Donald’s is a 5 min walk along with many other food places and supermarkets.
Only downfall is at night time there are many people on the road or outside the main entrance at the bus stop that clearly must smoke or take some forms of a substance. However they did not bother us directly.
However lift is also very small can only fit 2 people or 1 of you have a suitcase. Additionally you need to be very quiet which is hard when in a group but once in your apartment it should be fine.
