The room was really quite beautiful -- loved the snowy flocked wallpaper and "Aurora Borealis" light fixture (although we're from the States, we live in Norway now and enjoyed the wintery scene) -- the bathroom was gorgeous and spacious. The bed was super comfy, and while space was just a bit tight in the room, it was still really functionally laid out. We had the first floor room, and I was worried we'd be woken up by crowds in the street, but it was perfectly quiet -- on Labour Day Weekend! And the location couldn't have been better, a gorgeous neighborhood with lots of wonderful shops and restaurants, and super close to all the sites. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast (meeting friends elsewhere), but the breakfast room was a super cool barrel-vaulted space with a nice variety of options, it seemed.

Perfect location. Friendly Staff. Very comfortable.

All was as described, great value, nice neighbourhood. Hotel was unique and had charming decor. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Location wasgreat getting around. Great bakery just doen the street abd a market two doors down. We need to go to the museums and the louver.
