We had everything we needed during our stay. We especially appreciated the balcony and the lovely view from it. The air conditioning and the lift were a huge plus, especially since we were traveling as a family with a baby stroller and the weather was very hot- the AC really saved us! The location was also perfect: everything was within walking distance, including a Carrefour supermarket and tram line 1 that takes you straight to the beach.

It was really amazing vacation, the apartment is clean, wide and cozy. Hugo is a super host provided great hospitality and allowed us to check in early as we arrived very early in the morning, he provide a great support and replied to all our requests even when we missed the key inside, he came within 5 minutes, thank you so much Hugo. It is only 5 min walk to the tram and 20 min by tram to old Nice, downtown and to the beach. Nearby groceries ( Aldi- carrefour). The kitchen is well equipped with all you may need, the area is very safe even late at night. Any time in Nice, I will come back again.

It is so close to the tram stop and we were able to reach the beach within 20 minutes with transportation which was perfect for us and the building was serene during our stay. If we ever return to Nice, we’d like to stay here again ;)

Every thing was perfect , the location , the price and also the way that the host was responsible for every thing. The only thing missing was the lack of iron inside it for the clothes but on the whole it was amazing.
