Great apartment in a fairly new (2017) building with no signs of wear. Close to, though just outside, the old town with great access and a quiet neighborhood. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed, appliances all worked. Hosts Stephane and Fabrice were prompt and friendly.

Hosts were exceptional. Very friendly with lots of good information on the local area/s. The apartment itself was very well appointed with everything necessary for a comfortable and relaxing holiday, plus some very nice touches that enhanced the experience (eg fresh fruit, coffee capsules).

Absolutely everything. Fabrice received us, extremely nice and welcoming, the house is impecable, super comfy for 2 people and they left us Cafe, Prosecco and other stuff which I thought was a very nice gesture. Honestly it was a 10/10, the bed was super nice and big, the decorations, everything super clean. I would recommend this place 100%!

Everything about this apartment was great and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment had everything we needed & very secure parking. We'd definitely stay here again. The owners were very helpful.

Warm welcome and great communication from Stephane and Fabrice to their immaculate and lovely property. Location 2 minutes walk outside old town, easy secure parking and everything thought of in provisions and comfort. Extremely detailed information for things to do and places to eat in Annecy.
