This is a very comfortable studio apartment, perfect for one or two people. It is modern, clean, well equipped for 2-3 people. We only found the hotplate at the end - it is under the sink. The shower was very pleasant with plenty of hot water. The WiFi was fast. The host was extremely kind and helpful and let us check in early. It is a bit far from the centre of old Nice but the 6 bus runs frequently just near the house and it is an easy 20 minute walk along the promenade. There are plenty of food shops around.

The location is good, have bus stop nearby, and around 10 minutes to the beach. And it's ground floor!
