Excellent owner who lived on another floor of the same house. Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. Private seating on the terrace with outdoor fireplace and sea view. Private parking. Small grocery store approx. 50 m from the house. Smaller beaches are nearby and the beautiful and well-known Punta Rata beach with small pebbles and pine trees is about 750 m away. Possibility of snorkeling. Excellent price-quality ratio.
