We traveled to Split for both business and leisure. First of all, Vicent is a great host, fast and possitive replys, so we thank him. He gave us all the information we needed for accommodation and apartment entrance before we arrived in Split. It was very easy to enter and exit the house. The house was very clean. There is everything you need in a house. In addition, Vicent offered surprise food and drinks. The wifi was very good. The location of the house was close to both the meeting area and the city center. If you like walking, you can reach the old city in 20-25 minutes. You can reach Trstenik beach in 15 minutes by walking.

I have stayed in the apartment for the second time already. It has everything you may need during your stay, the owner is very supportive. Also you can find supermarkets, cafes nearby.

NICE PROPERTY , GOOD LOCATION. ONLY DRAWBACK WAS NO AC IN TYE BED ROOM AND VERY DIFFICULT TO GET PARKING AROUND . I HAD TO PUT MY CAR IN PAID PARKING

I absolutely loved this apartment! The spacious layout and modern amenities make it a comfortable and stylish place for vacation. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants.

The appartment is awesome! The owener is really helpful. There is everything you may need - kitchen appliances, linen, etc. Location is convenient as well. You can get by foot to beaches and Old Town. Two big shops - Lidl and Tommy - are nearby.
